Bhramari (The Stress buster)
The word Bhramari means humming bee. In this pranayama during exhalation we make a sound like humming bee to create vibration in the head. This pranayama instantly clam down the mind from frustration, stress and anxiety. It can be practiced anywhere to de-stress either at home or office. By creating soothing and relaxing effects in mind, it enhances healing.
🔶 How to do?
Sitting in any comfortable posture either in meditative asanas or on a chair or bed. Spine should be upright and eyes closed gently. Make sure the jaws and facial muscles are relaxed. Raise hands sideways and press the flaps of the ear with index or middle fingers to close it. Do not insert fingers inside the ears. Now after bringing the awareness to the center of the head, breathe in deeply and as you breathe out, make a smooth, even and continuous humming bee sound during exhalation. Repeat this process for a few times ( 5 - 10 Rounds) experiencing vibration in the face and skull. Some traditions and teachers teaching it by placing fingers on the eyes in Shambhavi Mudra. The purpose of Shambhavi Mudra is different, so before doing Bhramari be sure about your purpose of doing.
❌ Precaution
Do not practice in lying position. Those having severe ear infection should also avoid this practice.

Even sick and severely ill people can do this pranayama without any difficulty.
